Nancy Alexander Nancy Alexander A human resources professional for the past 20 years, Nancy Alexander is currently a consultant in human resources services. Previously, Ms. Alexander served as Vice President and Corporate Director of Human Resources for a publicly-traded energy company. She has also had experience with an international company which was based in the UK that manufactured medical systems. Ms. Alexander has participated in several mergers/acquisitions with a company whose strategic plan embodied an aggressive growth strategy. In her role as a leader in human resources, she led the strategic planning process for the human resources component of the business as well as created and managed the HR corporate annual budget. Her experience ranges across the spectrum of human resources to include: staffing; training and development; compensation; compliance; labor relations; employee relations; due diligence work; and integration efforts after an acquisition. Ms. Alexander is currently an executive on the Board of Directors for a non-profit organization, Working Against Violence, Inc. She has provided service to several other non-profit organizations to include CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), Hospice of the Hills, and a career learning center. Ms. Alexander holds a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology along with a second major in business from South Dakota State University and the University of Wyoming.
 
 
John Gomez John Gomez Mr. Gomez is a software executive in the fields of Business Intelligence and Management Information Systems. His past work includes the implementation of large systems for customers in the Telecommunications, Banking, and e-Commerce industries. Mr. Gomez was co-founder in 1994 of Vento Software Inc. As Chief Technology Officer he developed the first generation of the VentoMap(TM) product line for Decision Support. The product has been successfully installed at over 50 telecommunications and banking customers around the world. Vento Software was subsequently acquired in 2000 by SPSS (NASDAQ:SPSS). Until recently he was Vice-President of Solution Engineering for SPSS. Mr. Gomez is a private investor in early stage companies. He is chairman of the Black Hills Equity Fund and is actively engaged in bringing technology entrepreneurship to western South Dakota. Mr. Gomez started his career with IBM where he was a software engineer. He holds a Computer Science degree from Georgia Tech and a Masters degree in business from the London School of Economics.
