The list of low-income eligible areas is by county based on US Census Tracts. Census tracts follow no logical pattern. The CDFI Fund of the US Treasury established the criteria for identifying eligible tracts based on low-income, unemployment and out-migration. Census Tracts must also be qualified as "Distressed" in order to be considered for Dakotas America transactions. In some cases, the entire county does not qualify. Specific addresses should be researched to validate qualification.
