LeadershipPlenty South Dakota is a guide for successfully empowering people in rural communities to make decisions that may determine not only the vitality but the viability of your community ten and twenty years from now by helping to develop the leaders of tomorrow right now. The goal of LeadershipPlenty is to make civic leadership training available to every South Dakotan. It is especially valuable for emerging leaders who want to work together for common purposes, for communities that want tools to increase their capacity to achieve results, for citizens from rural communities who want a local leadership program and for established leaders who want to build a new set of skills and relationships.

LeadershipPlenty training will help you to identify community assets, manage groups for results, make meetings work better, manage conflict, build strategic partnerships and communicate better. It's a road map for becoming an even more effective part of meeting the challenges of your community through active participation.
